Cancellation and no-show policy

* Standard cancellation policy (for all reservations except during the Formula-1 Hungarian Grand Prix, New Year's Eve, and groups of 5 rooms or more):
Free cancellation: at least 48 hours (2 days) before the arrival date.
Cancellation fee: room rate for 1 night/room.
* Formula 1 and New Year's Eve holiday (29 Dec - 1 Jan):
Free cancellation: at least 7 days before the arrival date.
Cancellation fee: 100% of the total value of the reservation.
* Group bookings (5 or more rooms):
Free cancellation: at least 30 days before the arrival date.
Cancellations made 15 to 29 days before the arrival date: 50% of the total value of the reservation.
Cancellations made 14 days or less before the arrival date, or no-show: 100% of the total value of the reservation.
* Reservations can be canceled only in writing. Your reservation is canceled once your cancellation request has been confirmed by Gold Hotel Buda. You can send your cancellation by e-mail to goldbuda@goldhotel.hu or by fax to +36/1-2095431.
